The Copilot Code Review service experienced an outage on 28 September from 19:23 to 22:08 UTC, during which, according to GitHub, approximately 70% of requested reviews did not complete. Failed reviews were not automatically retried; users must request them again.
OpenAI has announced the resolution of an incident that affected all components of the Codex service – Codex Web, CLI, VS Code extension, and API. They are now fully functional again.

A short-term ChatGPT incident, in which mobile users could not see the Work Mode and Model Picker features, has been resolved according to OpenAI's status page, and all services are fully functional again.
NVIDIA reports an SMS verification outage in the NGC Build service since 23 September in China. The service is working on restoring it. Readers outside China are not affected.
