According to Claude Platform Release Notes, the chat retrieval interfaces in Compliance API now also return chats from the unified Claude environment. This expansion is available in beta for organizations using Claude Enterprise.

Access uses the existing Compliance Access Key. Organizations can therefore retrieve the newly included chats with the same access key they already use.
