Cresco Real Estate deploys AI assistant Yarda for apartment sales in the Yards Žižkov project
Developer Cresco Real Estate has launched the AI assistant Yarda on the website of the Yards Žižkov project, which filters apartments based on natural-language requests and answers questions 24/7. This is a pilot test of acceptance of AI communication among Czech clients.
Developer Cresco Real Estate has deployed a virtual assistant with generative AI called Yarda as part of the Prague project Yards Žižkov, integrated directly into the project's website. Unlike typical chatbots with a click-through menu, it can work with natural language and context – a user can enter a specific request (e.g. type of layout, loggia, floor, budget) and the system suggests matching units from the current database.
According to Aleš Svatoň, CEO of Cresco Real Estate Czech Republic, the tool is meant to eliminate the need to search through price lists and technical standards – instead, the client simply says what they are looking for. The assistant operates 24/7, answers questions about the location, standards (air conditioning, parking, completion dates) and helps arrange meetings.
The company stresses that the AI is not meant to replace human staff, but to shorten the time from initial interest to an in-person meeting. This is a pilot project aimed at testing how Czech clients respond to communicating with a machine for investments in the range of millions of Czech crowns. If the approach proves successful, the developer plans to expand it to other projects as well.
Why it matters
It shows a concrete use of generative AI in real estate sales in the Czech Republic – replacing static filters and documents with a natural-language dialogue and extending the availability of first contact beyond salespeople's working hours. So far it is only a pilot test with a single developer; client acceptance results and any further expansion have not yet been documented.
Two audiences, two different impacts
What this means
For individuals
Anyone interested in housing in the Yards Žižkov project can handle initial questions about the listings at any time via the AI assistant instead of going through price lists and documents, without waiting for a salesperson to be available.
For a business
Developer Cresco Real Estate is testing whether an AI assistant can shorten the time from initial interest to an in-person meeting and handle routine inquiries without involving the sales team; this is a pilot test of acceptance among Czech clients before a possible expansion to other projects.
