The Compliance API in the Claude product has stopped returning file names, project document names, and artifact titles in the Activity Feed, including retroactively. A name can now only be looked up by ID via a Compliance Access Key with the read:compliance_user_data permission.
Anthropic has modified the Compliance API in the Claude product so that the Activity Feed no longer returns file names, project document names, or artifact titles. The filename and title fields for activities of type file, project document, and artifact are now always empty or missing entirely from the response.
The change also applies retroactively – that is, even to activities recorded before this update. Anyone who needs to find out the name or title based on the ID listed in the activity must use a Compliance Access Key with the read:compliance_user_data permission.
