According to its status report, OpenAI has mitigated an incident that was causing errors for some users of the ChatGPT product during code execution, data analysis, and file creation. It continues to monitor recovery; it reports degraded performance for the FedRAMP component.
OpenAI announced on October 1 that it had restored services after issues with ChatGPT login, registration, and ads. The official incident has been marked as resolved since 19:39 UTC.
The Claude Status status page marked the incident of delayed crediting of purchased credits as resolved on 1 October at 22:36 UTC. Due to the unupdated balance, some requests failed for lack of credit.

Anthropic reported approximately an hour of elevated error rates on Claude.ai, Claude Code, Claude Cowork and, to some extent, Claude API on 29. 9. 2026, including sign-in problems and a risk of unsaved messages. Service was restored around 14:59 UTC.
Microsoft has been reporting intermittent request errors, increased latency, and HTTP 5XX errors since 10:00 UTC on 29 September 2026 for the Azure OpenAI, Foundry Agent Service, Foundry Models, and Cognitive Services services in the Sweden Central region. Following intervention, the situation is improving, and the investigation continues.
The Copilot Code Review service experienced an outage on 28 September from 19:23 to 22:08 UTC, during which, according to GitHub, approximately 70% of requested reviews did not complete. Failed reviews were not automatically retried; users must request them again.
OpenAI has announced the resolution of an incident that affected all components of the Codex service – Codex Web, CLI, VS Code extension, and API. They are now fully functional again.
